We’ve built our office around our patients to ensure that each patient is comfortable and receives efficient treatment. We provide you with high-quality, gentle dental care and a warm, friendly environment. From the time you walk into our office, you become a member of our dental family, and we promise to always show you the care and respect you deserve.
We reserve at least 60 minutes for your first visit to our Daly City dental office. It’s important to us that we have plenty of time to get to know each other so that we can provide you with the best dental care for you. Your first visit will include a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Jone, during which he will thoroughly discuss your dental history, your goals for your smile, and any specific concerns that brought you to our office.
Almost all cases, we’ll perform your cleaning and X-rays during your first visit as well. Some offices schedule two separate appointments for the exam and cleaning, but we’ve found that combining them is more convenient for our patients and for our team.
We invite you to download, print, and complete our new patient forms prior to your first visit to expedite the check-in process. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to download these forms. If you are unable to complete these forms in advance, please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so you have plenty of time to do so in our office.
